Place names aren't the only things that give cartographers headaches (see Why Toponyms Matter).  Disputed boundaries, like the one between Cambodia and Thailand, can cause problems for map makers as well.  Reuters gives a brief account of the Cambodia-Thailand border conflict here, but Ogle Earth's account is much more detailed.
